
After weeks, months or years of work, you’ve done it! Your new product is ready to grace homes everywhere… How can your new product attract attention in a sea of other goods? Here’s how:

Create a video and share it
If a picture is worth 1000 words, a video must be worth an entire novel. Share your product’s story by showing how much a pet loves it (or maybe even two!). We all know that pets are the most honest critics out there so film them doing what they do best. Then, share your video everywhere you can think of; your website, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Send a sample to an influencer on Instagram
Do you want to gain traction outside your social circle? Then, have an Instagram influencer try out your product. Or, if creating your own video is outside of your realm of comfort, have a YouTube pet test out your creation. All you have to do is reach out and coordinate sending it over to them.
Create a contest on Facebook
You’d be surprised how much sharing, liking and following can happen through a new contest. Set up a time limit, make it fun by allotting a certain amount of draws per interaction with the post as well as with your page and see how others can help you market your new product. When you send the product or products over to the winner(s), thank them for participating with a handwritten card and invite them to send you their feedback. Who knows? You might just have your first product review!

Display it loud and proud
Make sure that all your social accounts have been updated with the wonderful news. This might seem obvious but, hey, it’s important enough that it deserves a reminder.
